Stevie and Mommy Making Butternut Squash Soup!!

This was SO much work, we turned on our
German music and made a day of it! My
son LOVES German music!!!! He did so
great with putting butter on the squash
before we cooked it!! Then I had to go help
Grandpa in the other room and came back
and he decided to "paint" with butter everywhere!!!!
Thats what Mommy gets for leaving the kitchen even for two min.!!
Thank goodness we have Zena she is great at helping to clean up!!
Then Grandpa stopped by for a piece of homeade pumpkin pie
straight from the pumpkins with homeade whipped cream on top!!
What a perfect day...so glad I got pictures!!!!! :) By the way butternut
squash is so yummy and tasty even just right out of the oven! This was
our first time to cut one open and it was a treat for sure! :)
